Inside Sales Specialist

Herrmann Ultrasonics Inc., a leader in ultrasonic welding systems, seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to support growth in automotive, medical, packaging, and technical textile markets. In this role, you will qualify inbound leads, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and support outside sales with accurate, timely information. You'll coordinate with engineering and customer service, maintain CRM records, and follow up on projects to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and respond to inbound sales inquiries from B2
• B customers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for ultrasonic welding systems and components
• Support outside sales with documentation, pricing, and opportunity tracking
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system
• Coordinate with engineering and customer service on technical and order-related questions
• Manage order entry, status updates, and basic project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with international colleagues to support global accounts and initiatives
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to sales management
