. Get Fresh Produce operates a modern distribution fleet of 125 fully refrigerated trucks, all maintained and fueled on-site. Our drivers are equipped with individual tablets to process deliveries electronically, track routes and hours of service, and communicate with the team. We base everything we do on 'Fresh Thinking' to drive efficiency, consistency, and responsiveness in Customer Service, Quality, Food Safety, Reporting, and Technology.

• Operate a modern refrigerated fleet as a Class D Local Day Driver in Bartlett, IL.
• Deliver to customers within the Midwest surrounding Bartlett area, within a ~250 mile radius; be flexible with route changes.
• Utilize a tablet to process deliveries, track routes and hours of service, and communicate with the team.
• Perform hand deliveries using hand-cart/2-wheel dolly and ramps; hand unload as required.
• Maintain the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.
• Adhere to scheduled start times and comply with daily home time expectations (Home Daily or Nightly; 5-day work week).
• Meet DOT requirements and pass pre-employment drug screening; maintain compliance with DOT regulations.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a Class D license.
• Drivers with a CDL license are encouraged to express interest; opportunities for advancement exist.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Hiring radius:
  Drivers must live within 40 miles of Bartlett, IL or be willing to relocate for this position.

• Hourly base rate determined based on license type with an average of 40-55 hours per week:
• Class D Day Shift: $19.50/hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours worked
