Part-Time - Night Dispatcher

19 Logistics is a freight brokerage specializing in temperature‑controlled and time‑sensitive freight solutions. As part of the Fresh Edge family of companies, we support an extensive network of produce distributors, ensuring seamless transportation services. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Billing and Claims Administrator to join our growing team and play a critical role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.

• Monitor active loads and track shipments in Mc Leod
• Update stop information based on BOLs received
• Schedule and confirm inbound delivery appointments with operating companies (op cos)
• Upload BOLs and other shipping documents into imaging software for record‑keeping
• Communicate shift hand‑off details clearly to the next dispatcher
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Address any issues or delays promptly and provide updates to relevant teams
• Send email communication to collect BOLs for any aging loads

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using McLeod or comparable (preferred)
• Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination
• Proficient with computers and transportation management systems (TMS), preferred
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, and common E‑Mail systems
• Prefer at least 2 years of recent and successful experience performing the above functions at a significant refrigerated food manufacturing or distributor operation

• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

• $20.00 – $21.00/hour
