Hearthwood Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to shopping trips, weekly outings and extended trips as scheduled.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

* Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.

* Transport residents to shopping trips and weekly outings Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as medical trips on Tuesday and Thursday.

* Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).

* Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.

* Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.

* Clean and wash vehicle.

* Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

* CDL Required

* High school diploma or GED required

* Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required
