, is hiring CDL B Day Reefer Drivers in Bartlett, IL.

Get Fresh Produce operates a modern distribution fleet of 125 fully refrigerated trucks, all maintained and fueled on-site. Our drivers are equipped with individual tablets to process deliveries electronically, track their routes and hours of service, and communicate with the team.

We base everything we do on ‘Fresh Thinking’—constantly seeking to work more efficiently, creatively, and meticulously to meet our customers’ needs. We focus on Customer Service, Quality, Food Safety, Reporting, and Technology.

• Average Annual Earnings: $70,000 - $75,000+
• Hourly Base Rate: $26.75/hour (CDL B Day Shift), based on license type, average 40‑55 hrs/week
• Overtime paid after 40 hours worked

  5-day Work Week
  • Day Shift: Monday - Saturday (Saturday mandatory, Sunday and one other day off)
  • Night Shift: Sunday - Friday (Saturday off and one other day)
• Shift Start Times
  • Day Shift: 2:00am - 5:00am
  • Night Shift: 9:00pm - 11:00pm
• Route:
  Midwest, ~250 mile radius of Bartlett. 10‑20 stops per day (day) or 4‑7 stops per night.
• Level of Touch:
  Touch freight/hand unload. Hand delivery to restaurants with hand-cart/2-wheel dolly or ramps.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 75lbs without assistance.

• Reefer Box Trucks
• Automatic & Manual transmissions available

• At least 21 years old
• CDL B license (CDL A encouraged)
• Preferred: 6 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience (not required). New graduates encouraged.
• Air‑brake endorsements required
• Meet DOT testing and physical requirements; knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
• Must live within 40 miles of Bartlett, IL or be willing to relocate

Physical abilities: regularly required to talk, hear, use hands to grasp or manipulate objects; lift/move up to 75 lbs.
