Material Handler

Holman is a family‑owned, global automotive services organization dedicated to delivering the Holman Experience through respectful relationships. Holman Upfitting is hiring a Material Handler/Warehouse Worker in Bartlett, IL.

• Starting Pay: $22/hr based on experience
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Eligible for benefits within 30 days of employment

• Pull and stage parts for upfitting production and handle requisitions for shortages
• Check in and relocate delivered vehicles as needed
• Package and ship inventory or purchased items using proper procedures
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts in a safe and responsible manner
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory of parts and materials (controlled & non-controlled)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support other warehouse functions as needed

• Basic computer skills
• Experience in a warehouse or materials-handling environment is a plus
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with UPS/Fed Ex shipping systems is a plus
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment
