Job Type: Full‑Time

Location: Bartlett, TN

Salary Range: $13 to $16 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team at J & C Telecom LLC. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Utilize basic computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
