Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Maintain a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors to ensure a positive first and last impression for members.
• Operate continuously on your feet in fast‑paced environments.
• Perform safety sweeps, respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including proper forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them correctly and placing orders when supplies are low.
• Keep a positive attitude and member satisfaction as the top priority.
• Perform general maintenance as necessary to ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Comfortable working on your feet for an entire shift in physically demanding environments.
• Adaptable to changing work scenarios.
• Prior experience in a maintenance or custodial role is a plus.
• Primary location: 8480 Hwy 64, Bartlett, TN 38133‑4187, United States.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
