Job Description:
Timekeeper
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt position.
Benefits eligibility: 60 days after hire date.
Full Time: Yes.
Reports to: Regional Superintendent.
To keep accurate records and account for man hours performed and equipment used on a daily basis in the field for the current project being worked to ensure costs are at or below budget and completed in a timely manner.
Job Duties- Prepare field tickets used for billing and payroll on work being done
- Collect information from field supervisors and inspectors
- Analyze information received to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process information acquired to make an accurate field ticket
- Enter ticket information into B2W to ensure accurate man hour count and equipment usage
- Collaborate both with Corporate and the field to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. When information is incomplete, research issues and problems to final completion
- Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience required. Field experience and knowledge of pipeline construction. Excellent computer and organizational skills. Knowledge of or ability to learn B2W. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service orientation. Attention to detail, initiative, and reliability. Skill balancing the needs of the customer, the needs of employees, and the needs of the company and the ability to coordinate many open issues ellent supervisory skills and the ability to motivate others.

Work hours are generally a regular work week of 40 hours; however, exact hours to work each day may vary as required.
