SpaceX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Starlink) on the night shift to lead a multi-skilled team and develop robust maintenance processes. You will build schedules, determine corrective maintenance needs, and work with engineers to adopt new tech that improves production operations.
You will also manage spare parts, assign technicians, oversee emergency breakdowns, and drive reliability metrics such as uptime and OEE to guide maintenance decisions. On-site Texas duties required.
