Operate street sweepers, parking lot sweepers, and other industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Remove dirt, debris, dust, and litter from assigned work areas.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.

Conduct routine maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleaning equipment components.

Identify and report mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions.

Maintain accurate records of daily operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and environmental regulations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Ensure assigned routes and work orders are completed on schedule.

Assist with general labor duties related to site cleanliness and maintenance as needed.

Operate equipment during day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to operate heavy equipment safely

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work in varying weather conditions.

Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Preferred

Previous experience operating street sweepers, vacuum trucks, construction equipment, or similar heavy machinery.

Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to safely enter and exit equipment multiple times throughout the workday.

Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.

Outdoor and industrial work environments.

Exposure to dust, noise, traffic, and changing weather conditions.

May require overtime, weekends, evenings, or emergency response work.
