Job Summary

We have an opening for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location:

Batesville, AR 72501. Full‑time schedule:
Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday. Days and hours may vary. Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only. 2 years of janitorial experience and 1 year of leadership experience required.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
