Lady Cait Cleaning Co. is hiring reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Techs for the busy summer season!
This is a great summer work opportunity for college students and teachers on summer break, or anyone looking for steady, well-paid part-time work.
Role Overview - You’ll be cleaning vacation rental homes (turnovers) and occasionally assisting with residential cleans. Work is steady through peak season, with the option to start earlier, or continue into the fall, if it’s a good fit.
Schedule
* Part-time: 10–20 hours/week
* Work hours will fall between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Must be available on weekends
* No more than ~6 hours of cleaning per day, often less
Pay & Structure
* $30/hour
* Independent contractor role
What You’ll Do
* Clean and reset vacation rentals between guest stays
* Perform detailed residential cleanings as needed
* Follow a clear checklist to ensure consistency and quality
* Communicate updates or issues after each clean

* Clear systems and expectations so you can do great work
Requirements
* Reliable and consistent — show up on time, every time
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication (text + basic updates)
* Physically able to be on your feet and do hands-on work (up to ~6 hours/day)
* Must have your own vehicle
* Ideally based in or near Bath
About You
* You don’t need prior cleaning experience, but you do need to care about cleanliness and doing things well
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage your time independently
* You take pride in a job done right
(Put simply: if you’re someone who naturally keeps things clean and notices the small details, you’ll do well here. If not, this won’t be a fit.)
