Job Description
Pay range for this position is $26.76/hr to $27.85/hr.
This is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks.
Tasks- Paint removal
- hand pneumatic grinding / needle gun (surface prep)
- masking/unmasking
- decking
- damping tiles
- Brush/ Roller/ Spray painting
- snow removal
Preferred – High School Diploma or GED.
Required/Preferred Experience- Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. hand grinding /needle gun (surface prep)
- Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with Scissor/ Condo lifts.
- Must be able to wear a respirator.
- Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.
- Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.
- Spray experience.
