We are looking for a Full-Time Floor Technician to join our commercial cleaning team in the Baton Rouge area. The ideal candidate has experience with buffing and preferably stripping and waxing floors. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for steady hours, growth, and leadership for the right person.

• Operate floor machines for buffing various commercial floor surfaces
• Perform stripping and waxing of floors (preferred but not required)
• Sweep, mop, and prep floors before treatment
• Maintain and clean floor equipment
• Follow proper safety protocols and site procedures
• Work independently or with a team to complete nightly or scheduled floor jobs
• Travel to job sites throughout the Acadiana area

• Floor buffing experience required
• Stripping and waxing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work on your feet
• Dependable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
