Housekeeper — LSU / Nicholson Gateway

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and model units
• Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Ensuring hallways, stairwells, elevators, and shared spaces remain clean and presentable
• Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Assisting with community inspections and special projects
• Supporting the onsite team in delivering an exceptional resident experience
• Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or custodial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required
