JOB SUMMARY:

The Employee is responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.

Resident feedback on quality and timeliness of resident services provided; resident turnover.

• Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in the cleaning of available units and models.
• Must be able to operate pressure washer and backpack blowers.
• Responsible for delivering resident notices.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Service Manager.
• Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures.

  Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel software. Experience in conducting Internet searches and using online calendars and databases.

Required
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and after hours as necessary.

Preferred
• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months’ general groundskeeping experience.
