** Grounds Maintenance Technician**, you will be responsible for ensuring the building exteriors and grounds of the apartment community are well-maintained and visually appealing. You’ll play an essential role in creating a clean, pleasant environment for our residents by performing various Grounds Maintenance duties.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to ensure the grounds are visually appealing at all times
* Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pools on property (we will train you on proper pool care if needed)
* Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leaves
* Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly
* Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures
* Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures## Qualifications
** Requirements:
*** Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule
* Ability to use a variety of equipment, such as blowers and pressure washers
