Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements;
Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry;
Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and diagnostic tools, and perform necessary repairs;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor compliance with safety and quality standards.
