Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location:

Polaris, Battle Ground.

Starting pay: $21.60/hr with quick quarterly increases up to $30.06/hr.

• Primary point of contact for maintenance and facility issues, ensuring smooth operations across production and warehouse facilities.
• Carry out assignments as directed by the Maintenance Work Order system, including preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulic systems to maintain operational efficiency and determine when to contract out.

• High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of proper safety protocols and escalation procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbally.
