Maddox PRO is a shared services organization and sister company to Maddox Industrial Transformer, the nation’s leading provider of electrical transformers to the commercial and industrial market. PRO stands for Professional Resource Organization. We exist so Maddox can stay focused on building and selling transformers while we handle the surrounding work: facilities acquisition, development, construction, and maintenance across all Maddox locations, along with community engagement and business investments in the towns where Maddox operates.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Support team member to help maintain clean, welcoming, and well-kept spaces across our Battle Ground campus. This role is essential to keeping our work spaces and client-facing areas clean, safe, and functional. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in creating a hospitable environment for our employees and guests.

• Perform daily janitorial duties at multiple Maddox buildings (offices, retail, and Airbnb spaces)
• Indoor and outdoor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean and restock restrooms, and respond to cleaning needs throughout the day
• Assist with setup and teardown for company events
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between sites
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work before or after normal business hours to avoid disrupting operations

Two shifts available: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. This role may be filled by either two part-time positions or one full-time employee.

Pay Range: $18-22/hr

Benefits: A full-time position is eligible for the complete Maddox benefits package averaging $20,000+ per year (depending on eligibility), including:
