FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance‑defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand and products are used primarily on bicycles, side‑by‑side vehicles, on‑road vehicles with and without off‑road capabilities, off‑road vehicles and trucks, all‑terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Performs a wide range of maintenance and service tasks, including installations and repairs.

• Perform maintenance and service tasks
• Evaluate products accurately for maintenance, warranty, upgrades and other purposes
• Remove, install, diagnose, repair, disassemble and assemble parts and components
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to resolve technical issues
• Provide training to service staff on identifying and resolving issues and repairs
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products or services
• Conduct client demonstrations when required
• Analyze, evaluate and diagnose technical problems effectively
• Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance
• Support field staff in equipment set‑up for trade shows or exhibitions
• Prepare creative product presentations for sales meetings or training sessions
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent service
• Prepare and distribute maintenance records, warranty contracts, installation reports and other service reports to senior managers
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and effectively to meet sales goals

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong analytical skills

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent required. Some technical education or certifications preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience preferred, preferably in a sport vehicle related industry.

• Manufacturing environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
