Join our summer team at Fabiano Brothers as a Festival Assistant!

Spend your summer behind the scenes at some of the area's biggest events! As a Festival Assistant, you'll help bring our brands to life by supporting event setup, product preparation, and promotional displays. If you enjoy hands‑on work, being outdoors, and working as part of a team, this is a great way to stay active and earn money during the festival season.

This is a full‑time seasonal position running from early May through Labor Day and pays $16 per hour
. Hours will vary and include evenings and weekends.

You’ll assist our Special Events Coordinator with setting up and breaking down events, packing and transporting equipment, preparing products, and displaying promotional materials. You’ll help drive and park utility vans, hook up and pull trailers, and ensure everything is ready for a smooth and successful event.

Every day is different – fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and active.

• Available for the full festival season (May–September)
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving large vans and pulling trailers
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds
• Team‑oriented, dependable, and ready to work hard
