Housekeeping Aide

Position Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Aide at Bay Shores Senior Care and Rehab Center. This role maintains a clean environment for residents, guests, and staff.

You will earn up to $16.85 per hour depending on shift.

• $15.50 per hour base wages
• Plus $0.85 per hour Hero/Hazard pay
• Plus $0.50 Shift Premium for 2nd & 3rd Shift (hours between 3PM-7AM)
• Yearly wage increases

• Collect and sort soiled linen
• Operate washing machines and fold clean linen
• Count processed linen each day
• Deliver clean laundry to assigned units
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, including machines, work tables, and sorting areas
• Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors
• Assist with laundry/linen collection, washing, drying, folding, and redistribution
• May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on facility grounds
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with residents, families, and visitors

• Afternoon Shift – 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Part‑time – up to 28 hours per pay period
