Hours: Monday through Friday, fixed shift between 5:30 PM and 10:30 PM

As an essential member of our local crew, you will perform everyday custodial tasks to keep our clients' spaces healthy, neat, and professional. Your main duties include:

• Disinfect & Clean: Thoroughly scrub and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and high-contact points.

• Floor Maintenance: Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop throughout your assigned property.

• Trash Removal: Clear out waste bins, install fresh liners, and maintain tidy spaces.

• Supply Management: Replenish essentials like hand soap and paper products, alerting your supervisor to low inventory or maintenance issues.

• Safety Protocols: Maintain strict adherence to all company safety regulations and procedures.

No prior cleaning experience? Don't worry! We hire based on attitude, punctuality, and work ethic-we will handle all the technical training.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Commute: Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Bay City job site.

• Skills: Solid time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Physical Demands: Capacity to stand, walk, stretch, and lift comfortably across a 4-hour shift.

• Experience: A background in janitorial or custodial work is a plus, but completely optional.

• No Weekend Work: Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays fully with our set Monday-Friday calendar.
