Position Overview

Are you an organized, energetic leader with an eye for detail and a knack for team management? Clean Team is actively recruiting a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily commercial janitorial services across our Bay City accounts. In this vital leadership role, you will act as the primary bridge between our client facilities and our dedicated cleaning technicians. Your main objective is to ensure facility cleanliness standards are consistently met, maintain seamless daily operations, and foster a supportive, productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Supervision & Quality Control:
  Perform routine quality assurance inspections across assigned facilities to ensure all work adheres to Clean Team's elevated hygiene and safety standards.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  Onboard, train, and mentor cleaning associates. Provide ongoing feedback, address performance needs, and build a positive work culture focused on excellence.
• Operations & Scheduling:
  Coordinate shift coverage, monitor staff attendance, and quickly resolve staffing shortages or on-site issues as they arise.
• Client Relations:
  Address customer inquiries or special requests promptly and professionally to maintain high retention and satisfaction.
• Inventory & Safety Compliance:
  Monitor cleaning chemical and equipment inventory at client sites, ensuring proper usage, safety compliance, and timely restocking.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience, preferably within commercial janitorial, hospitality, or facility management settings.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving history (mileage reimbursement provided for account travel).
• Ability to work evening hours and maintain a flexible schedule based on operational demands.
• Physical capacity to perform routine building walkthroughs, lift up to 35 lbs, and demonstrate proper cleaning techniques.
