Commercial Cleaner

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Fixed Schedule)

Clean Team Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented, dependable Commercial Custodian to maintain our client facilities in Bay City.

Whether you want to earn supplemental income, stay active, or work independently in a peaceful environment, this role offers a structured and highly predictable routine.

As a key team member, you will keep local business properties fresh, hygienic, and organized. Your regular daily tasks will include:

Sanitizing & Washing: Disinfect restrooms, employee breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces like handles and light switches.

Floor Care: Vacuum carpets, sweep tile or hardwood, and mop hard surfaces throughout the facility.

Waste Management: Empty garbage and recycling cans, replace bags, and transport trash to designated disposal areas.

Stocking Supplies: Keep paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap dispensers fully stocked, informing your supervisor when inventories run low.

Safety & Standards: Follow established safety protocols and proper cleaning chemical handling guidelines.

Prior janitorial experience is helpful, but not required! We provide full paid training to set you up for success.

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Transportation: Must have reliable personal transit to reach the Bay City job site on time.

Work Ethic: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to complete tasks independently.

Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25-30 lbs throughout a 4-hour shift.
