Part-Time Cleaning Associate Pay: $20.00 per hour

Position Overview Thelen Auto Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to help keep our dealership looking its best. This role plays an important part in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our customers and team members every day.

The ideal candidate has previous cleaning experience, takes pride in their work, and enjoys keeping spaces clean, organized, and professional.

• Clean and maintain the showroom floor, offices, and customer waiting areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Wash and maintain interior windows and glass
• Dust and wipe down desks, counters, displays, and surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floor surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Keep entryways and customer-facing areas clean and presentable
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
• Assist with other general cleaning duties throughout the dealership

• Previous professional cleaning experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
