Nighttime Commercial Custodian

Location: Bay City, MI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, starting at 6pm

Whether you want to supplement your current income, stay active, or work independently in a calm environment, this position provides a structured and predictable routine you can count on.

As an essential member of our team, you will ensure local business facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. Your daily tasks will include:

• Sanitizing & Disinfecting: Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas such as door handles, light switches, and counter tops.

• Floor Care Maintenance: Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep tile or hardwood surfaces, and mop hard flooring throughout the facility.

• Waste & Recycling Removal: Empty trash cans and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal locations.

• Stocking & Inventory: Maintain adequate stock of essential paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer in all restrooms and break stations, reporting low stock to your supervisor.

• Safety & Quality Standards: Adhere strictly to company safety standards, proper cleaning procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.

While prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, it is not required-we provide complete paid training to ensure your success!

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Bay City job site daily.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs consistently across a 4-hour shift.

• No Weekend Work: Keep your Saturdays and Sundays entirely for yourself and your family.
