Responsibilities- Perform routine and custom maintenance jobs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
- Provide excellent internal and external guest service.
- Assist Facility Manager by ensuring efficient and proper operations of the facility maintenance department and employees during the assigned shift.
- Schedule and delegate assignments to maintenance employees.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak or any other emergency situation or repair.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Preferred:
High School or better. Technical/other training or better.
