United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) is seeking a Maintenance Fleet Specialist team member to perform general maintenance and repairs across properties to ensure safe functional facilities.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in related field.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the vehicle fleet.
- Track and coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, registrations, repairs, and other required vehicle services.
- Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, flooring, roofing, and landscaping, to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.
- Identify, report, and address maintenance issues discovered during inspections.
- Install, repair, and maintain appliances and facility equipment.
