We’rehiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and comfortable for the people who live there.

Each service, you’llkeep a simple but important promise to residents:

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
• Stay active by walkingthe property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift
• Nolong distancetravel,bulkitemsoroff-site dumping
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed

• Helper Pay Rate : $16 per hour
• Truck Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Part-Time Days: Typically
  10–15+ hours per week
• No Weekends: Mostschedulesrun Monday - Friday starting after 8:00 AM

  Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailerpreferred
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
• Work around bagged trash and waste
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
