We’re hiring a reliable, detail‑oriented cleaner to maintain a professionally managed apartment building in Beachwood, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and is looking for consistent, stable hours.

• Location: Shaker Heights, OH
• Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule: Consistent weekly hours
• Pay: $14/hour, paid weekly
• Employment Type: W‑2 employee

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking supplies
• Wipe down surfaces, doors, and high‑touch areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable environment throughout the building
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Follow cleaning checklists and document work with photos

• Prior cleaning experience (commercial or residential preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Punctual, dependable, and consistent attendance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Smartphone required for checklists, photo documentation, and clock‑ins
