Do you take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments? Silverspot Cinema is looking for a Lead Housekeeper to support and guide our Housekeeping team while ensuring every area of our cinema meets the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest readiness.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and participate in daily cleaning operations across theaters, restrooms, lobbies, lounges, offices, and back-of-house areas.
• Supervise housekeeping team members during assigned shifts, providing direction, coaching, and task assignments.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards and operational schedules.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, chemical handling, and safety requirements.
• Perform quality inspections and monitor cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment needs with management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Promote a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards or facility concerns.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma required.
• Professional cleaning experience required; 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, cleaning chemicals, and workplace safety practices preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and pushing/pulling cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.

Shifts Include Evenings, Weekends & Holidays

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Schedules may include early mornings, late nights, and varying shifts based on operational needs.
