About Us:

At USCB, we take pride in creating and maintaining spaces that our community can thrive in. In this role, you'll play an integral part in ensuring our facilities are not just functional, but exceptional. Under the guidance of our Maintenance Manager and with the support of a dedicated team, you'll lead by example, coordinating and directing the efforts of our custodial, groundskeeping, and maintenance staff.

What You'll Do:

* Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver top-notch custodial, groundskeeping, and maintenance services.

* Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with a variety of tasks, from general housekeeping to technical maintenance projects.

* Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure our facilities are functional, safe, clean, and well-maintained.

* Take ownership of projects, from planning and execution to follow-up and evaluation.

* Embrace challenges with a can-do attitude and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.

What You'll Bring:

* Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management setting.

* Strong technical knowledge and skills in general housekeeping, building maintenance, and groundskeeping.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
