- Performing janitorial and maintenance tasks according to agency guidelines and expectations.
- Maintaining the grounds.
- Maintaining and monitoring inventory of all cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Performing minor repairs and upgrades on building and grounds equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, and performing minor carpentry/drywall work to repair or improve facilities whenever possible.
- Reviewing maintenance schedules and ensuring agency vehicles receive timely service, inspections, and necessary repairs according to department guidelines.
- Training and overseeing consumers with a vocational objective focused on janitorial and maintenance careers.
- Initiating and overseeing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment, facilities, and vehicles remain in optimal working conditions.
- Following safety practices and actively participating as a member of the area's safety committee to ensure compliance of all safety regulations in the workplace.
- High School diploma and four years of experience in equipment, building, and grounds maintenance.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Good driving record required.

Preferred Qualifications- Skilled trades experience (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC) preferred.
