Campus Facilities Director

Phoenix Senior Living, a leader in global entertainment and digital content, is seeking a Campus Facilities Director to oversee all facilities operations across our dynamic campus. In this role, you'll lead maintenance, safety, and campus services, ensuring high availability of building systems that support production, post-production, and office environments. You will manage vendor contracts, budgets, and capital projects while driving energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.

This position partners closely with creative, technical, and operations leaders to deliver a safe, reliable, and inspiring workplace for our teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day campus facilities operations and maintenance
• Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety
• Develop and manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance for facilities services
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, accessibility, and building regulations
• Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workplace services
• Implement sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives
• Lead, coach, and schedule facilities and maintenance staff
• Partner with creative, technical, and operations teams to support campus needs
