As a key member of our management team, the Maintenance Director plays a vital role in ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, grounds, and equipment.

The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and renovations within the facility. This includes coordinating maintenance schedules, performing routine maintenance tasks, and implementing energy-efficient solutions to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage a team, and ensure seamless communication with other departments.

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and renovations
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to budget
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services
• Monitor and report on maintenance budgets, ensuring compliance with financial plans and policies

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, engineering) preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with facility management software and maintenance tracking systems preferred
