** Position Information
** The Custodian, under supervision, provides daily, general cleaning services to Center buildings.
** Responsibilities:
*** Sweeps, mops, scrubs, applies finish to floors, dusts, and cleans glass, walls, and restrooms.
* Assists with trash removal from buildings.
* Cleans/polishes metal hardware, shampoos carpet, moves furniture, and mixes cleaning chemicals.
* Reports major damage on equipment.
* Performs other duties as directed.

Education and Experience:

*** High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* No prior experience required.
** Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

*** Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

** This is an hourly paid position. Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
