Print Service Technician job at Complete Staffing LLC. Beaumont, TX.
We're now looking for a skilled and customer-focused Print Service Technician to join the team of a reputable Business Technology Company, and ensure our clients’ printing environments run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software at commercial client businesses throughout the Southeast Texas area.
- Provide routine service and maintenance on printer equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair print equipment and provide excellent customer service and support.
- Manage schedules and customer emergencies.
- Good verbal communication and analytical thinking skills along with problem solving skills are essential.
- Previous experience is a plus.
- Employees must have reliable transportation.
- Be a Texas or Louisiana resident.
- Submit 3 Professional References upon completion of phone interview.
- Complete Criteria Corp Assessments immediately following phone interview.
- Submit a "Clear" drug screen and background check.
- Submit a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
(48 cents per mile to be reimbursed for travel and $50 a month cell phone allowance. 401K after 1 yr and health insurance contribution)
