is looking for a hands-on,problem-solving
Maintenance Specialist
to maintain and repairour branch locations. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs at allbranch locations and work with third-party vendors to resolve issues in atimely manner.
- Maintain work orders and updates using our electronic work log system.
- Troubleshoot facility issues and respond to maintenance requests.
- Performing general building maintenance and repairs such as pressure washing, weatherization,parking lot upkeep, etc.
- Replace light bulbs,ceiling tiles, locks, and other building components.
- Complete basiccarpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and special facility projects
- Work with third-party vendors (cleaning crews, landscapers, carpet services, etc.) toensure quality work and fair pricing.
- Support disaster recovery and emergency response efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work aflexible schedule Monday through Sunday.
- On-call availability for building-related emergencies after hours.
- 2-3 years general maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience (preferred).
- Experience with basicplumbing, hand and power tools, HVAC systems, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Valid Texas driver’slicense with clean driving record.
- Ability to passbackground check, drug screen, and be bondable
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.and use proper safety gear
