The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all Credit Union buildings, grounds, mechanical systems, electrical systems and physical building access systems (keys, locks, electrified door hardware, safes, Safe deposit boxes)

Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all Credit Union buildings, equipment and systems. Ensures proper policies, procedures, risk mitigation activities, and operating controls are followed. Reports gaps in policies, procedures, and operating controls to leadership to ensure member impact and risk is mitigated. (70%)

Works with all customers (internal and external) to insure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved. (10%)

Performs administrative tasks such as data entry into the Maintenance Management software system, keeping accurate credit card expenditure logs and preparing reports as deemed necessary by the Maintenance supervisor. (10%)

Assists customers with design and construction of new projects. (10%)
