Deep Cleaning Specialist

- Dayton Beavercreek, is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Deep Cleaning Team Member
to join our hotel team.

This position is focused on
detailed cleaning and maintaining the overall condition of our guest rooms and hotel areas
. We are looking for someone who notices the small details, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of providing our guests with a clean and welcoming hotel.

• Deep clean guest rooms from top to bottom
• Clean walls, doors, baseboards, vents, light fixtures, and other detailed areas
• Move furniture and clean underneath and behind beds, dressers, nightstands, and other furniture
• Deep clean bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, floors, grout, fixtures, and walls
• Clean refrigerators, microwaves, cabinets, drawers, and kitchen areas when needed.
• Vacuum edges, corners, furniture, and other hard-to-reach areas
• Spot clean carpets, upholstery, walls, and furniture
• Remove dust and buildup from areas not addressed during routine daily cleaning
• Assist with deep cleaning hallways, stairwells, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or items needing repair
• Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Keep cleaning supplies and work areas organized
• Assist the housekeeping team with additional cleaning projects as needed

• Ability to follow cleaning standards and instructions
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, push, pull, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Previous hotel or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys cleaning, takes pride in seeing the results of their work, and wants to help maintain a hotel our guests and team can be proud of.
