Project Supervisor
Starting Pay: $21.0 per hour
Shifts AvailableMonday–Sunday (days off will vary)
4:00am–9:00am
Responsibilities- Lead crew and perform janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area, executing work within defined project time frames.
- Support staffing coordination for projects, including communicating schedules.
- Clean floor surfaces and carpet.
- Perform carpet extractions.
- Wash windows.
- Conduct minor wall repair.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or using hand trucks.
- Follow all procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
- Monitor building security and safety, including locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.
- Excellent understanding of janitorial/building maintenance procedures and related safety requirements.
- Experience with tool and machine maintenance, including basic break/fix procedures.
- Ability to meet general customer expectations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, time management, and ability to prioritize and set clear expectations.
- Ability to resolve requests and concerns in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to manage work and lead a team in a complex task‑oriented janitorial operations environment.
- Ability to provide facilities escalations resolution timely and efficiently.
- Ability to track supplies and task/performance data, document and submit reports, supply orders; answer calls, monitor, track, and document escalations in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- Relationship management and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Knowledge of KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software; ability to use personal mobile devices for clock‑in/out and other required functions.
