Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic tasks. This role operates under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep grounds, buildings, and common areas well maintained and safe.
The Porter will respond to resident requests, help manage work orders, support in the make-ready process, and participate in on-call emergencies while promoting a positive image of the community.
