Responsibilities:

• Perform general plumbing tasks
• Handle basic HVAC maintenance
• Conduct painting and repair work
• Address repairs in guest rooms as needed
• Perform basic repairs in hotel public areas
• Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections
• Assist with general housekeeping duties
• Maintain the pool and spa

Qualifications:

• No formal education required
• Basic working knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
