Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management;
Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low;
Support member experience by maintaining a clean, safe facility and positive attitude.
