This is a critical support role for our maintenance team. Model

Core Lab & Ops:
This role typically requires that the majority of the work be conducted on‑site and thus will be subject to certain on‑site safety protocols during the pandemic.

Responsibilities
  • CMMS Management:
    Accurate recording and documentation of the team’s daily maintenance activities in our Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Vendor Liaison:
    Tracking sub‑contractor and vendor documentation. You will proactively reach out to suppliers to ensure all paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.
  • Operational Support:
    Identifying ways to "clear the path" for our technicians so they can focus on their technical work.
  • Compliance & Integrity:
    Maintaining precise records that meet our strict regulatory standards. Doing the job right—even when no one is looking—is our top priority.
Requirements
  • Eager to Learn:
    You have an H.S. Diploma or equivalent and a genuine desire to develop professional skills in a technical industry.
  • A Self‑Starter:
    You don’t wait to be told what to do next. You see a gap and you fill it.
  • Detail‑Oriented:
    You understand that in a regulated environment, the job isn’t finished until the paperwork is perfect.
  • Communicator:
    You are comfortable picking up the phone to follow up with vendors and can communicate clearly with the internal team.
  • Internship Details:
    This internship is a full‑time (40 hours per week), reporting on site, 5 days a week to 170 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA, and will start in May 2026 for one year. Ideal candidates will be high school graduates, participants or recent graduates of a biotechnology certificate program or those working on an associates degree.
U.S. Hourly Wage Range
  • $23.00-$25.00
  • The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level.
