LCB Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Performs routine maintenance and repair of residence equipment;
Maintains physical appearance of the grounds and building;
Replaces burned out light bulbs for exit lights, overhead lights, room call lights, exterior lights, etc.;
Responsible for cleaning residents rooms and residence common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, disinfecting;
May act as contact person for vendors performing maintenance jobs
