Onsite Sales and Laborer — Full-Time.

Location:

Independence, OH.

Pay Range: $22+ (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips).

• Greet customers on‑site and provide clear, upfront pricing.
• Close sales and schedule services on the spot.
• Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites.
• Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
• Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized.
• Participate in daily recorded role‑play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Punctual, dependable, and team‑oriented.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.

• Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver’s License:
  Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

  Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
• Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday.
